YOUNG ARTIST CONCERTS

The next generation of great artists – you experience them first.

Each summer, 19 elite early-career artists are selected from around the world and come from esteemed institutions including Juilliard, Curtis, and the New England Conservatory. Their training in Taos is their final step to becoming acclaimed artistic leaders. The TSoM’s 1,000 alumni can be found in every major US orchestra, acclaimed chamber music ensembles, and prestigious teaching positions. At Taos, YOU have early access to these extraordinary musicians and the energy and virtuosity they deliver. All of the concerts feature different repertoire, so you can attend them all. When you buy a ticket for concerts on June 27, July 11, July 25, and August 8, you’ll be able to add a one- or two-night stay at The Blake with an exceptional rate just for TSoM patrons.

Great food, shared among friends new and old, is a central element of the TSoM’s history – particularly due to one of the TSoM’s “Founding Fathers,” Jean Mayer, who fed Young Artists and concertgoers alike at the old St. Bernard.

This year, we’re reviving that tradition with two amazing dining partners and one lodging partner. Following Saturday Young Artist concerts in Taos Ski Valley (7/11, 7/25, 8/8), the Blonde Bear Tavern at Edelweiss Lodge will prepare a custom, family-style dinner for TSoM patrons, built around a theme from the preceding concert.

Following the Thursday faculty seminars, you’ll have the opportunity to partake in a spectacular meal specially prepared by 192 at The Blake.

You can make it a great weekend by staying at The Blake at Taos Ski Valley, one of the best on-slope lodges in the country, with special rates for TSoM patrons.

To reserve, purchase a ticket to the event of your choosing, then add lodging and meals at checkout.

We do ask that you make reservations one-week in advance. Spaces are limited; book early.

GOOD TO KNOW BEFORE YOU GO
